Ground Staff

Description – Passenger service agents, also referred to as customer service agents, oversee passenger care from the point of check-in to boarding. They handle passenger inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with alternative travel arrangements as needed. Employed by ground services firms or airlines, these agents manage various tasks at check-in desks, including verifying passenger identification and tickets, assigning seats, weighing luggage, and issuing boarding passes. At the boarding gate, they coordinate with the aircraft preparation team to ensure readiness, facilitate passenger boarding, and validate boarding cards. Additionally, they address situations involving late passengers or those requiring medical attention

Eligibility Criteria:

a) Age Between 18 and 30 years
b) Education Qualification 10+2 from a recognized Board / University
c) Marital Status – Unmarried / Married
d) Language – Fluency in English and one or more Indian Languages. Should also have working knowledge of Hindi
